## The honest read

JLC Landscapes does lawn care and yard work, and on Google it holds 5 stars from 14 ratings.

One customer needed debris cleaned out and a lawn trimmed that wasn't cut all season; Jonathan showed up on time, and that customer is very happy with how the lawn looks now. A customer whose grass had gotten pretty overgrown said he worked around their schedule, was careful around the loose items on the property, and that the edging came out clean. For a spring cleanup of the yard, a customer said Jonathan was on time and communicative.

Scheduling is concrete here. Jonathan squeezed one customer in the next day. A customer said he was available on short notice and came late in the day to work around some bad weather. One homeowner with two large areas of the yard filled with overgrown perennials and weeds said John came when he said he would and worked very hard on a Sunday.

A customer whose grass he mows said he communicates when he will be mowing and does the job at a fair price. A customer who booked a weekend visit said he was upfront about the costs, which were low, and communicated by text.

**Strengths:**
- Next-day visit — one customer was squeezed in the next day
- Weather workaround — came late in the day around bad weather
- Upfront costs — a customer said costs were stated upfront and low
