JMEdwards Electric LLC says owner Jason Edwards brings over 30 years of electrical experience and 23 years of running his own business, and that it serves Connecticut's shoreline from New Haven to Old Lyme on residential, commercial and industrial work. It holds a 4-star Google rating from 3 ratings. In that 2023 review, the customer said the second tank of an engineered two-tank septic system had a pump that failed after many years. After the tanks were pumped out by Higganum Septic, the customer said Jason diagnosed everything that needed to be repaired or replaced to bring the system up to current codes, then he and two other men spent six hours working in and around the tank until the job was finished and left the place in perfect condition. That customer called the company their go-to electrical contractor. In 2022, a customer recommended Jason and his crew as electricians. Its Connecticut electrical licence, ELC.0184708-E1, is active, held by Jason M Edwards. **Strengths:** - Septic pump repair — a 2023 customer said Jason brought the system up to code - A clean finish — a 2023 customer said the place was left in perfect condition ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4-star Google rating from 3 ratings _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=JM%20Edwards%20Electric&query_place_id=ChIJhW4e0tsy5okRjklMGT4QM94) — “Google: 4★ from 3 ratings” - The company says owner Jason Edwards has over 30 years of electrical experience and 23 years running his own business _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://jmedwardselectric.net) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): At JMEdwards Electric LLC, owner Jason Edwards brings over 30 years of electrical experience and 23 years o…” - The company says it serves Connecticut's shoreline from New Haven to Old Lyme _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://jmedwardselectric.net) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): At JMEdwards Electric LLC, owner Jason Edwards brings over 30 years of electrical experience and 23 years o…” - [Official Website](http://jmedwardselectric.net) — “Stated service area (self-reported): New Haven, Old Lyme” - A 2023 customer said Jason diagnosed and repaired a failed septic pump system to current codes in a six-hour job _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUNwbFBfU1R3EAE!2m1!1s0x0:0xde33103e194c498e!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgICplP_STw%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We have an engineered septic system with two tanks.
