The plumbing company lists Bethel, Ridgefield, Brookfield, Danbury, Newtown, Redding and Fairfield as its service area on its own website, and on Angi it describes itself as having over a decade of experience. A recent customer who had lived with a sewage smell on the second floor for months said Justin got the job done after multiple attempts by other plumbers. That customer also said a call to the business number reaches Justin himself rather than a third-party answering service. A customer who needed drains unclogged and a pipe adjusted, after another company would not send someone, said "these guys did a great job." A 2026 customer said Justin fit a Friday plumbing emergency in between existing appointments the same day, turned off the water to the broken shower instead of the whole house, and completed the repair after a snow storm. A 2025 customer said he came to help with a leak on Christmas Eve. A 2024 customer said they had used Justin for installing appliances and faucets, repairing a leak in old plumbing coming from a tub, installing a whole house water filter and replacing a pressurizing tank. A 2023 customer whose failed water softener flooded the basement said Justin was there in an hour to remedy the leak, offered advice on documenting and extracting the water, and lent his pump for the night. A 2022 customer said he came the same day to check a possible leak, helped unclog a shower drain, and did not try to sell services they did not need. **Strengths:** - A Sunday shower leak — a recent customer said he got supplies the same day - A sewage smell fix — a recent customer said other plumbers had tried first - Direct phone line — a recent customer said calls reach Justin, not an answering service - A water softener flood — a 2023 customer said he was there in an hour ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Lists Bethel, Ridgefield, Brookfield, Danbury, Newtown, Redding and Fairfield as its service area on its website _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](https://jmpipeworks.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Bethel, Ridgefield, Brookfield, Danbury, Newtown, Redding, Fairfield” - Google: 5 stars from 28 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=JM%20Pipeworks%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJdWlfF0P_54kR81EpzK69pJA) — “Google: 5★ from 28 ratings” - A recent customer said Justin called back within 5 minutes about a Sunday shower leak and got supplies the same day to fix it _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2toUkxUaFFUbFJ4UVhOeVFtSnpPSEZXZVVaTk9XYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x90a4bdaecc2951f3!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkhRLThQTlRxQXNyQmJzOHFWeUZNOWc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Justin is absolutely incredible.
