## The honest read

JNI Construction says on its own website that it has offered residential remodeling for over 30 years, from a single bathroom or kitchen to an entire home. On Google it shows 5 stars from 15 ratings, and on Houzz 5.0 from 31 ratings.

A recent customer said Arthur and his crew did drywall, tile and painting work. A recent customer said their bathroom was completely renovated, down to the tile work, shower enclosure and fixtures. A recent customer wrote that the company installed a new kitchen.

A 2026 customer said a small bathroom needed a larger shower, which meant moving the shower drain and plumbing lines, pouring concrete and cutting existing tile. That 2026 customer said the estimate came in under $15K, the project took about 2 weeks, and they came on weekends to keep the timeline. A 2026 customer said Arthur sent pictures to show updates during a small bathroom remodel with a walk-in shower and a hanging vanity.

A 2022 customer said Arthur renovated their basement after it was destroyed by flooding from Ida, on time and in budget. A 2023 customer said Arthur and his team worked almost every day for 3 months to finish an interior remodel. A 2021 customer said the company got a condominium ready for sale, repainting the unit and finishing off a full bathroom in the basement.

**Strengths:**
- A larger shower build — a 2026 customer had drain and plumbing lines moved
- Weekend work — a 2026 customer said they came on weekends
- A post-flood basement — a 2022 customer said it finished on time and in budget
