A recent HomeAdvisor reviewer says they communicated with pictures of issues with the roof and how it should be fixed, then fixed those issues and shared pictures along the way to show the steps they were taking. In a 2019 review, a customer said they called the day after a wind storm had blown many shingles off the roof, and they came the next day to fix the missing shingles. That 2019 customer said a previous contractor had said the whole roof needed replacing, but he said the roof was still in good condition and could all be repaired by repairing the ridge line, and he came back a few days later and repaired it all at a very reasonable price. A 2019 reviewer said he patched their roof for $150 and arrived on time. In a 2018 review, a customer said Simon came out to view the job before quoting, even in the pouring rain. That 2018 customer said the crew included Simon and Joe DeMarco along with two others, and that it took exactly 5 hours from the time they arrived until they were completely cleaned up. A 2018 reviewer said they did a great job replacing the shingles on the roof of a shed. In another 2018 review, a customer who had shingles blow off the roof that winter said they kept track of the weather and repaired the roof as soon as the snow was gone. **Strengths:** - Leak repair — a recent customer says Joe repaired leaking chimney flashing - Photo updates — a recent review says pictures showed each repair step - Wind storm repair — a 2019 customer said they came the next day ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Rated 4.9 stars on HomeAdvisor from 71 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.Joedemarcoroofingand.164479052.html) — “HomeAdvisor: 4.9★ from 71 ratings” - Rated 4.9 stars on Angi from 71 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/nh/danville/joe-demarco-roofing-and-gutter-reviews-164479052.htm) — “Angi: 4.9★ from 71 ratings” - A recent customer says Joe repaired a chimney flashing leak days before their house closed _(confidence: high)_ - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.Joedemarcoroofingand.164479052.html) — “5★ Joe helped us in our time of need when we had a leak just days before our house was to close.
