## The honest read

John's Final Touch Painting & Contracting is a Shelton painter run by a crew customers know as John and his team. In a March 2021 Angi review, a customer describes a total makeover of the kitchen cabinets at an affordable price; an October 2019 reviewer who was away during the work says John refinished the kitchen cabinets and came back afterward to check that everything was right; and a December 2019 reviewer hired John for interior and kitchen cabinet painting.

The company's website says it has 11 years in business and handles painting, remodeling and handyman jobs. HomeAdvisor and Angi each show 4.8 stars from 53 ratings. In a September 2020 review, a customer preparing a house for sale says John Atallah and his team removed popcorn ceilings, repaired cracks, painted ceilings and walls, and screened and polyurethaned the floors over about a week and a half. A February 2023 reviewer had the whole house's interior walls, trim, baseboards and doors painted at a competitive price, and an April 2024 reviewer says the crew finished on time. An October 2019 reviewer says John and an employee stained a neglected deck within the promised time frame.

In a March 2020 Angi review, a customer says John seemed in a hurry to get the job done and did not take the time to prepare for the work or clean up properly.

Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0642646, is active in the state registry, held by John's Final Touch Painting & Contracting LLC.
