Google shows 5 stars from 34 ratings, Houzz 5.0 from 18. This June, a customer said Rick and his crew turned a walk-up attic into a primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite, cleaned the site at the end of each day, lined up the different trades so the work never stalled for days or weeks, and finished on time and on budget. In an April 2026 review, a household described a kitchen, bathroom and mudroom renovation; a February 2026 customer had a nursery renovated. Bathrooms come up in several older reviews. In a February 2025 review, a customer described a bathroom renovation that started on the promised date, with a project lead named Dylan laying out large 24x48" tiles, at one point cutting tile outside in 25° weather, and a plumber named Dave working through fixture manuals in a foreign language. Bathroom remodels also appear in reviews from January 2024, March 2022 and September 2022. The rest is a long list of house work. In a 2024 review, a family moving into a new home said Rick finished a lot of work in a short time, adding small extras outside the contract such as installing lights and painting doors. Other customers describe a basement renovation finished ahead of schedule (June 2024), stairs (July 2025), a living room wall opened up (2021), a kitchen regrouted with matched floor tile and a basement office waterproofed (2021), and a kitchen sink fixed after months of problems (November 2025). Its BBB grade is A+. The Connecticut registry lists home improvement registration HIC.0651458 for Jordan Construction LLC. That registration is active. **Strengths:** - Attic conversion — June 2026 suite finished on time and on budget - Trades lined up — 2026 customer says work never stalled waiting - Bathrooms — renovations described in 2022, 2024 and 2025 reviews ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Active Connecticut home improvement registration HIC.0651458, held by Jordan Construction LLC _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://www.elicense.ct.gov/Lookup/LicenseLookup.aspx) — “CT hic license HIC.0651458 registry-verified active — registry holder of record: JORDAN CONSTRUCTION LLC” - 5 stars from 34 Google ratings and 5.0 from 18 on Houzz _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Jordan%20Construction&query_place_id=ChIJB5_kpkMJ6IkRtVLw1nUGEFs) — “Google: 5★ from 34 ratings” - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/kitchen-and-bath-remodelers/jordan-construction-llc-pfvwus-pf~1010188925) — “Houzz: 5.0★ from 18 ratings” - BBB grade A+ _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/shelton/profile/home-improvement/jordan-construction-llc-0111-87133709) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - Turned a walk-up attic into a primary bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite, on time and on budget, per a June 2026 review _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21Ka1R6a3pObGhoUjJnNVpUTnVSWE14YUVReGNIYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x5b100675d6f052b5!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmJkTzkzNlhhR2g5ZTNuRXMxaEQxcHc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We were looking for a contractor to transform our walk-up attic into a primary bedroom, with a walk-in closet and on-suite.
