## The honest read

Jordan Electric has 5 stars from 19 Google ratings. A recent customer whose electric "was going crazy" said Shane arrived within minutes, replaced the old electric panel and breakers, and had it fixed within a few hours at charges the customer thought were reasonable. A recent customer who called about getting power back to the house said Shane Jordan assessed the situation, fixed the problem and examined the generator, which was not part of it.

A 2026 customer said Shane and his team gave several options for adding a generator hookup and that the crew was professional. A 2024 customer said they sent pictures for a manual transfer switch install and the company recommended a different option that saved money, because of rusted electrical boxes; Shane, the owner, came out to install it and explained everything along the way.

A 2025 customer said the company came the next day to repair a service meter damaged by a fallen tree and sent pictures because the customer was away from home. A 2023 customer said the company relocated a subpanel, that Shane came to price the job and asked about future projects, and that the project came in under budget. A 2023 customer living in a double-wide manufactured home said water in the laundry room had tripped a breaker, and that they found and fixed the problem underneath the home at a fair price.

**Strengths:**
- Fast urgent response — a recent customer said Shane arrived within minutes
- Money-saving recommendation — a 2024 customer said a different option saved money
- Next-day meter repair — a 2025 customer said tree damage was repaired next day
- Under-budget subpanel move — a 2023 customer said the project came in under budget
