## The honest read

Joseph Pace Concrete Flooring, based in North Andover, is built around one specific skill: pouring and hand-finishing concrete floors — the kind of job that shows up in a customer's description of a new garage slab troweled to a mirror finish over nearly 12 hours as it cured.

Its Google page shows 4.3 stars across 6 ratings. In a 2025 review, a customer called Joe — working alongside his son Greg — an "old school" perfectionist for that garage floor pour. In a 2024 review, another customer said a quote was in hand within 24 hours at a fair price, and that they'd use the company again.

A good call for anyone finishing a garage or basement slab who wants a careful, unhurried pour — ask for a quick quote up front, since that's exactly how the last one went.

**Strengths:**
- Meticulous floor finish — garage slab hand-troweled for hours to a mirror-smooth surface
- Fast quote turnaround — quote delivered within 24 hours at a fair price
