Its written reviews on Angi run from 2005 to 2011, and all 10 of its Angi ratings are five stars. In an October 2011 review, a customer called him fair in diagnosing the problem and in price, and a December 2011 customer was surprised he answered their calls every time. A 2005 reviewer called him reasonably priced, available and flexible, and recommended him for general contracting as well as electrical work. On Angi, the business says it has served Brockton and surrounding areas for over five years, and lists ceiling fans, exterior lighting, panel upgrades, troubleshooting and repair, and garage door services. **Strengths:** - Quick diagnosis — 2010 reviews describe problems found and fixed promptly - Quoted price held — a July 2010 review says the price matched the quote - Service upgrade — 2005 review describes a 200 amp upgrade and rewiring **Where sources disagree:** - The state registry names JOSEPH RICHARD MOORE as holder of licence #23660-EL-A, a different surname from the business name Joseph Richard Prosper ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Massachusetts electrician licence #23660-EL-A is active, holder of record JOSEPH RICHARD MOORE _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://occupationallicensingandpermitting.mass.gov/madol/s/license-search-page) — “MA electrician license 23660-EL-A registry-verified active — registry holder of record: JOSEPH RICHARD MOORE” - 5.0 stars from 10 ratings on Angi, with written reviews from 2005 to 2011 _(confidence: high)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ma/brockton/joseph-richard-prosper-electrician-reviews-23087722.htm) — “Surprised that he answered my calls everty time.
