A 2024 customer said their furnace started smoking and set off the fire alarm; Mike was at the house in half an hour, found that a different company had installed the wrong size nozzle, and had the furnace cleaned out and working again within an hour. A 2024 customer said four guys replaced a boiler and hot water heater in one day and stayed late so the customer would not be without heat for the night. A 2025 customer said Mike came out within hours after a larger HVAC company deemed their central air dead, and the repair he suggested kept the AC working.

A 2026 customer said problems began seven months after JP Parks installed a $35,000 Mitsubishi heat pump system, that it took them four months to show up and attempt a repair, and that a compressor failure followed, costing an additional $9,000 to have another contractor fix.
