## The honest read

Julles' Irrigation is a small, family-run outfit based in Littleton that installs, extends and maintains lawn sprinkler systems — the company's own site says it has been doing irrigation and landscape lighting work locally since 2006, though the Better Business Bureau's incorporation record puts the LLC's start closer to 2010; either way it's a business with over a decade behind it. It isn't BBB-accredited and carries no BBB rating for lack of information, but shows no complaints there either.

Most reviews describe the same kind of relationship: a homeowner calls with a specific sprinkler problem — a zone that needs adding, a system that needs waking up in spring or put to bed in fall, a head that's stopped working — and Julles (the owner, Julimar De Oliveira, goes by several first-name spellings across reviews) shows up, fixes it, and explains what he did. A 2026 review described adding a new irrigation zone with sprinkler-head placement discussed in advance, finished in under a day with the timer programmed and adjustments explained. Several reviewers describe using the company across multiple years and even multiple homes for ongoing seasonal maintenance.

The record isn't spotless. In a 2025 review, a customer who'd hired Julles to add zones said he stopped responding to texts after the visit, his wife began routing communication through email instead, and his equipment leaked hydraulic oil across their newly sealcoated driveway. A separate 2023 review described a missed appointment and being told to find someone else if better service was wanted. Both are outliers against an otherwise steady run of quick, communicative service, but they're worth knowing about.

Julles' is a fit for straightforward sprinkler work — new zones, winterizing and spring startup, repairs — from a company most customers keep calling back. Given the two sharper complaints, it's worth confirming scheduling and follow-up expectations up front, especially for a multi-visit job.

**Strengths:**
- Full sprinkler lifecycle — installs, extends, winterizes and repairs irrigation systems
- Repeat customers — several say they've used Julles for years across properties
- Fast fixes — repairs completed same day in multiple reviews
- Explains the work — walks customers through timer programming and adjustments

**Concerns:**
- Went unresponsive post-job — 2025 review cites oil leaked across a sealcoated driveway
- Missed appointment — 2023 review describes a no-show and being turned away

**Where sources disagree:**
- The company's own website says it has been in business since 2006 (20 years), while its BBB profile records the LLC's start as 2010 (16 years) — sources disagree on founding date
