This Southampton tree service also handles removals on tight properties and storm-damaged trees; its Google listing has a 5-star average from 18 ratings. A September 2025 Google reviewer described a 95-foot red oak left hazardous after a storm. After the customer called Kevin, his brother arrived within an hour to assess it, and the crew returned later that day to remove the tree. The customer praised clear communication, fair pricing and a spotless driveway afterward. That was a same-day removal in that customer's account, rather than a promise about every call. Another September 2025 reviewer, writing about storm damage in the Holyoke area, said K&J surveyed a damaged maple two days after being contacted. The customer had thought the backyard was inaccessible. A crane lifted tree sections over the house to a chipper on the street, and the reviewer said the lawn and flower gardens were left undisturbed. In an August 2025 review, a customer described three trees removed from a small, tight property, with heavy equipment moving sections over a garage and through a chipper. The price was lower than that customer expected, and they praised the team's communication and cleanup. An April 2026 reviewer reported that K&J cut down and hauled away more than 100 trees and said they would use the company again. **Strengths:** - Prompt storm response — a June 2026 customer reported arrival within an hour - Careful site cleanup — praised by customers writing in August and September 2025 - Crane-assisted removal — a September 2025 customer described lifting sections over their house ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A June 2026 customer reported someone on site by 5 p.m. after a 4 p.m. call about a tree on their house. _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=1408308769062036596&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ we had the most incredible experience with k&j tree service, yesterday Friday 6/19/26. we had a tree fall on our house and another part …” - Customers describe removal of storm-damaged trees and crane-assisted removal from constrained properties. _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=1408308769062036596&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ After a recent storm left a 95-foot red oak posing an urgent hazard, I called Kevin—and within the hour, his brother was on-site to asses…” - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=1408308769062036596&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ K&J removed 3 trees (one was gargantuan) from our small, tight property.
