A recent customer said Kristian and his team did a garage rebuild, finished it in a timely manner and kept them up to date every step of the way. A recent customer said Kristian replaced their old wood windows with new construction vinyl windows and they had no issues. A recent customer said K&X completed their retaining wall, stairs and excavating, and that the wall and stairs completely transformed their yard. A recent customer said K & X has done multiple projects at their home, from an interior remodel and new deck to new siding and a stone front. A recent customer described three projects so far: a back room renovation that included cutting in a three panel door for a rear entry, a rear patio with brick pavers and a tiered garden bed, and a side garden buildout with raised beds. That customer would have liked more detailed scopes of work and simple sketches upfront, and said they had learned the team has since partnered with a firm to provide these. A 2026 customer said Kristian's approach to removing two walls in their main living space, one of them load bearing, included demolition and rebuilding, electrical upgrades and rerouting the baseboard hot water heat. A 2023 customer said Kristian's crew demoed their entire bathroom and rebuilt it in 5 weeks from start to finish, a remodel that involved removing and adding walls. A 2023 customer contracted K&X to build an additional bedroom with a bath on their home. A 2021 customer said their entire upstairs was gutted and redone with new framing, insulation, electrical, drywall and paint, and that Kristian got them the proper permits. A recent customer said a large patio and walkway Kristian installed became a mess in the months after the project, with sinking stones and borders falling apart, and that his solution was to send his father out with another team member to try to charge more for the fix. A 2024 customer said the price Kristian gave was well off what the work was worth, and that people who came out to give estimates confirmed it. A 2022 customer said some of the 1" bluestone Kristian installed was not properly cemented down and could be pulled off by hand. **Strengths:** - A garage rebuild — a recent customer said they were kept up to date - Vinyl window replacement — a recent customer reported no issues with the job - A full bathroom rebuild — a 2023 customer said it took 5 weeks - Permits handled — a 2021 customer said Kristian got the proper permits **Concerns:** - A failing patio — a recent customer said stones sank and borders fell apart - Price versus value — a 2024 customer said the price was well off - Loose bluestone — a 2022 customer said some stones pulled off by hand - Scope detail upfront — a recent customer wanted more detailed scopes and sketches ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.7-star Google average from 73 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=K%20%26%20X%20Construction%20Services%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJ_aIfZg7h54kRfASQXs6q0eI) — “Google: 4.7★ from 73 ratings” - A recent customer said Kristian and his team did a garage rebuild and kept them up to date every step of the way _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tJNFFsUTRablpwVldGQ2RHNVJaSEZEYVMweGVIYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xe2d1aace5e90047c!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkI4QlQ4ZnZpVWFCdG5RZHFDaS0xeHc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Kristian and his team did an incredible job on my garage rebuild.
