The company says it serves Upstate New York, the New York Metro Area, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut. A recent customer described a sod install by Brandon and his crew. A 2025 customer said Brandon and his crew poured a garage foundation, built a concrete patio and leveled the backyard, at pricing that customer called competitive. A 2025 customer said Brandon and his team repaired their retaining wall. A 2023 customer had an existing retaining wall rebuilt; it was quoted at 2 weeks, and the customer said it took exactly two weeks. A 2023 customer said they found a sinkhole in the yard with a stream of running water inside it, from a leaking main water service line. That customer said Katonah secured the permits within one day and replaced the 60-foot line two days later, with 1-inch copper. A 2023 customer said Katonah replaced their entire sewer system and then helped with landscaping. A 2024 customer called Katonah their go-to masonry company and said one other firm quoted a price nearly seven times higher. A 2022 customer said they planted at least 40 boxwoods and 6 blue spruces, weeded the property and beds, and finished with 13 yards of mulch. A recent customer said they paid up front for a landscaping job that was not finished. They said they would return to finish it, but that customer left several messages and got no answer and no return call. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0672747, as active, held by Katonah Construction Co Inc. **Strengths:** - Retaining wall rebuild — a 2023 customer said it took the quoted two weeks - Water line replacement — a 2023 customer said it was done within days - A concrete patio — a 2025 customer said they built one and leveled the yard **Concerns:** - An unfinished job — a recent customer paid up front and got no return call ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Google shows 4.9 stars from 37 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Katonah%20Construction&query_place_id=ChIJO84cinmxwokR4J4u7NcmBXw) — “Google: 4.9★ from 37 ratings” - Says it serves Upstate New York, the New York Metro Area, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://katonahconstructioncoinc.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): At Katonah Construction, we believe that every outdoor space deserves to be beautiful and functional.
