## The honest read

Kyle Browne's crew replaced an entire HVAC system - heat pump, air handler and three mini-splits - in four days in December 2024, and the customer wrote that the quote had come in as much as $10,000 below the others. Fast and cheaper is what most of KB's customers describe. Tenants left without heat that same December got a furnace scheduled quickly at a fair price; a homeowner whose furnace failed mid-winter in early 2025 had the replacement finished in a day.

KB works out of Chelmsford on residential and commercial heating, air conditioning and plumbing, ductless and central. The company describes itself as veteran-owned and says Kyle Browne came out of the HVAC program at Shawsheen Technical High School in 2005, served just under five years in the Air Force in water and fuel maintenance and plumbing, and holds Massachusetts plumbing licence #34630 - the company's own statement rather than a registry check.
