## The honest read

Front steps, walkways and patios are the work KB Premium Masonry gets hired for, and it holds a 4.9-star average from 70 Google ratings.

A recent reviewer said front steps and a walkway were done in 4 days. One recent customer described a new patio, walkway and pavers around a hot tub. A recent reviewer called it a small, family-owned business and said a front walkway was finished in less than a week, with Kris making changes along the way.

The older work runs the same direction. A 2024 customer said Kris and his father rebuilt two old stone walls, a patio and a walkway. A 2024 reviewer said steps were extended from 5ft to 7ft in bluestone and the foundation was resurfaced. A 2023 customer said KB replaced a cracked back patio, repoured a garage apron and reinstalled a front paver walkway. A 2023 reviewer said the company applied brick veneer on a front porch using brick the customer provided.

In 2024, a customer said Kris did not show up for an estimate appointment and did not answer texts or calls.
