In a July 2025 Google review, a customer who had been stung 15 times said the office rearranged its schedule, sent someone the following morning and had the yellow-jacket nest found and dug out. The customer also praised the price and the absence of a service-contract sales pitch. Another August 2025 reviewer said a worker arrived early the next morning and eliminated the hornets. Based in Walpole, the company says it has been in business for 45 years and serves Keene and surrounding towns including Alstead, Chesterfield, Dublin and Jaffrey. Its website advertises pest prevention and free estimates. Google gives it 5 stars from 25 ratings. The work extends beyond stinging insects. In May 2025, a repeat customer described three visits over several years for ants, powderpost beetles and rats, saying each problem was handled effectively at a reasonable cost. An August 2024 reviewer credited Jerry with removing bees, explaining the aftercare and charging a good price. A separate August 2024 customer thanked Carol for getting John out quickly for a nest problem. Recent customers continue to praise the service: a May 2026 reviewer described a quick reply and prompt scheduling, while a July 2026 first-time customer recommended John after a detailed discussion. Service has geographic limits: in December 2024, one caller said the company could not visit because the property was too far away, but appreciated the advice offered by phone. **Strengths:** - Prompt scheduling — a May 2026 reviewer praised quick replies and booking - Nest removal — July 2025 customer reported next-morning yellow-jacket nest removal - Effective treatments — May 2025 customer praised ant, beetle and rat results ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A July 2025 customer said the company rearranged its schedule and removed a yellow-jacket nest the next morning. _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xCSk9VbGFNWGxJTTFWM1QzUmtUelJtYlZWYVZIYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xe5de23dbfd581905!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlBJOUlaMXlIM1V3T3RkTzRmbVVaVHc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Called office Thursday after stepping on a black yellow jacket nest and being stung 15 times.
