Its stated service area includes Weston, Ridgefield, Easton, Monroe, Woodbridge, Wilton, Seymour, Shelton, Norwalk, Ansonia and Watertown.

One recent customer had no water; when Jon Kelly told them the pump was from 1993, he got it changed the same day. A recent customer said the company replaced a broken well pump, got back to them right away and communicated updates throughout the job. A recent customer said John replaced their entire well line in a few hours. A recent customer said Jon replaced their well pressure tank and called the price fair. A recent customer said Jon installed a customized whole house water filtration system for city water. A recent customer said John came out on short notice and installed a new sump pump.

A recent customer who had just moved to Weston said the company came out that day, diagnosed the issue, and came the next morning and fixed everything. A recent customer dealing with a loss of water pressure, iron and sediment, and a water test positive for bacteria said Jon explained what was happening and responded to questions after hours.

A 2025 customer with no running water said "Bill/Jon arrived within 45 minutes," diagnosed the issue and replaced the well pump the same day. A 2024 customer said Jon and his crew replaced and relocated the well water pipe into the house, finished in one day and replanted the bushes. A 2024 customer said a variable speed/constant pressure well pump and a softener were installed within two days of calling.

The company holds an A grade from the Better Business Bureau.
