A customer who hired Kenny for a quick yard clean-up said he and his coworker transformed the yard, front and back, and did everything requested plus a little bit more; that customer would hire him again. A customer whose shrubs had not been trimmed for a few years said Kenny made the front yard look good. A customer said Kenny showed up on time every day and was courteous throughout the project. A customer who confirmed a price and time with Kenny said he wanted to be paid before showing up, asked for a check made out to his name rather than a company name, never came, and later replied that he had decided to take a different job instead. A customer who shook hands on a quote said he never showed up and never returned a call. A customer said he arrived at 10:00 am for an 8:30 start, took five breaks in his truck, and said he was done at 3:00 without completing the job that had been agreed on. A 2019 customer who wanted several trees trimmed said Kenny evened the look all over and cleaned up so well there was no sign he had been there. **Strengths:** - A yard clean-up — a customer said Kenny and a coworker did front and back - Shrub trimming — a customer said Kenny made the front yard look good - On-time arrival — a customer said Kenny showed up on time every day **Concerns:** - A no-show — a customer said he took a different job instead - Payment before work — a customer said he wanted payment before showing up - An unfinished job — a customer said the agreed job was not completed ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes itself on Angi and HomeAdvisor as having over 30 years of experience _(confidence: medium)_ - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.KennysYardCare.89113645.html) — “About (HomeAdvisor, self-described): Kenny's Yard Care is committed to excellence in every aspect of our business.
