In a June 2025 review, a customer described the work as highly recommended, and the profile carries a completed Thumbtack background check. The Thumbtack page is inconsistent about how long the company has been operating, stating one year in its summary blurb and two years in its own Overview stats, so it's worth asking directly how long the crew has been doing this work.
