## The honest read

Kingswood Kitchen and Bath NH's website is built around kitchen design, and its Houzz profile lists kitchen design, bathroom design, 3D rendering and pantry design.

A 2022 customer who went into the store front after buying an investment property in Ossipee said a colleague later met them at the property, took measurements and gave a timeline. That customer wrote that they had not heard from either of them in the several months since.

**Concerns:**
- No follow-up — a 2022 customer heard nothing for months after measurements
