## The honest read

Kitchen Concepts & Design Center describes itself as providing kitchen and bathroom remodeling services, including design and construction, with in-house designers and contractors working together on each project. A 2025 page on businesswest.com says they moved to an office in Hadley in 2001. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 193350, is active on the state registry, held by Kitchen Concepts & Design Center LLC.

A recent customer replaced their countertops with quartz and said the installation was highly professional and the process and communication were clear. A 2026 customer said it was their second kitchen remodel from Kitchen Concepts, this time with a bathroom renovation too, and that the company set a schedule, kept them informed of changes and cost impacts, and finished on time. A 2025 customer said their kitchen renovation included lavender cabinets.

A 2022 customer said their small kitchen had been built in the 50s and never updated, and that Jenn came up with a design to maximize the space. A 2021 customer said the company fully remodeled their kitchen and converted a linen closet to a laundry closet, and that the job was completed in a few weeks as promised. A 2020 Houzz reviewer said their full bath remodel in a small condo took 9 days, including all new flooring and a new ceiling. That 2020 reviewer also wrote that when the tub surround was not an exact fit for the drywall dimensions, it was solved with framing. Another 2020 customer thanked the company for renovating one and a half baths, installing hardwood flooring and painting a second floor hallway, and said the work was on time and on budget.

A 2017 Houzz reviewer said a floor-to-ceiling kitchen remodel took about 3 weeks and was delivered well under their budget. A 2017 customer said granite countertops bought from Kitchen Concepts were installed less than two weeks after the papers were signed and the granite chosen. A 2020 valleyadvocate.com page describes Kitchen Concepts as a family run kitchen & bath remodeling company. In 2025, a Reddit commenter in r/kitchenremodel suggested kitchen concepts among several places to check out and said they had heard good things about all of them.

**Strengths:**
- A quartz countertop replacement — a recent customer called the installation highly professional
- A 9-day bath remodel — a 2020 reviewer said it took 9 days
- Change and cost updates — a 2026 customer said they were kept informed
