That customer said the crew scraped, sanded and replaced all the rotted wood before priming and putting two coats on the entire house. When the crew worked on an attached in-law apartment the customer didn't think was part of the original scope, Kyle charged nothing extra. A recent customer in Tolland, CT said Kyle's crew, led by Carlos, painted a whole house with cedar shake cladding in primer and two coats, and that Carlos brought in a large crew to reach a chimney that was very high and at a tricky angle. A recent customer said Kyle's team was punctual, left the place spotless each day and rearranged the rooms as they were before the work began. A 2026 customer said a sunroom took 2 days and that the team arrived on time and cleaned up at the end. A 2026 customer wrote that the crew painted their kitchen cabinets. A 2022 customer who hired KM and M to replace a roof wrote that a 2-week promise turned into more than 3 months, that Kyle refused to return the deposit when asked, and that the subcontracted crew dumped old shingles and debris onto a neighbor's driveway. A 2022 customer said that after a roof replacement, debris was left in the attic and black residue covered stored items, and that they had to hire a separate contractor to clean up. A 2025 customer said he promised to install gutter guards and never showed up or returned phone calls. **Strengths:** - Rotted wood replaced — a recent customer said it was done before priming - A high chimney — a large crew reached it on a Tolland, CT job - Rooms put back — a recent customer said rooms were rearranged as before **Concerns:** - A delayed roof job — a 2022 customer waited over 3 months on 2 weeks - Attic debris — a 2022 customer said roof debris was left in the attic - A gutter-guard no-show — a 2025 customer said he never showed up ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer said the crew replaced all the rotted wood before priming and putting two coats on the entire house _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2paWk5UUlFjSE5rZVdsTVZXeERUVTlhU2tKZmJVRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x4ef4160b953e29b7!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjZZNTRQcHNkeWlMVWxDTU9aSkJfbUE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We hadn't painted our house in over 15 years, so it needed some serious attention.
