One project on its site describes replacing dated cabinets and an exposed ceiling with new drywall, recessed lighting, a kitchenette and plank flooring that runs wall to wall. A recent Google customer said KMAX installed new siding, replacement windows and a bay window on their home, and that the crew showed up on time and finished the job as scheduled. When some siding had to be removed after that customer's solar energy system was replaced, they said Rob came right out to fix it. A recent customer who hired the company to replace old windows with double-hung, energy-efficient Anderson windows said the crew was efficient and left the workspace spotless. A recent reviewer said Rob and his crew did their roof and gutters, that scheduling was easy and that the crew arrived on time. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0700384, as active, held by KMAX Renovations and Repairs. **Strengths:** - A siding job — a recent customer said the crew finished as scheduled - Follow-up repair — Rob came right out to fix siding after a solar replacement - A spotless workspace — a recent window customer said the crew left it spotless ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Lists a service area of Guilford, Westbrook, New Haven, North Haven, Madison, Branford, Clinton and East Haven _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://kmaxrenovations.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Guilford, Westbrook, New Haven, North Haven, Madison, Branford, Clinton, East Haven” - Says it has been in business 15 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://kmaxrenovations.com) — “Self-reported 15 years in business” - A recent customer said KMAX installed new siding, replacement windows and a bay window, and the crew showed up on time and finished as scheduled _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT210MVFsTk1TQzFTVkRkdFpGWnFjRUpIVTNSaWFYYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xfffa9626c944231a!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmt1QlNMSC1SVDdtZFZqcEJHU3RiaXc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Highly recommend KMAX.
