## The honest read

A dripping faucet, the second to fail in one house, brought a customer to KRL Plumbing and Heating; they say Kevin responded promptly, arrived on time and charged a fair cost compared with what they paid for prior work.

Kevin R Landry, Jr holds New Hampshire plumber licence 185119, which is active on the state registry.

A 2022 customer said Kevin came out the same day to install a new water heater and explained everything in a way they could understand. A 2022 customer said he was persistent and didn't quit until he had freed a severe blockage. A 2022 customer who called KRL to fix a forced hot water pipe said he showed up on time with the parts he needed. A 2022 customer thanked Kevin for fixing a burst pipe and said he fit them into his schedule so the basement didn't flood.

A 2021 customer said Kevin called back within 2 minutes, came that night with an estimate, and later installed a manabloc system. A 2021 customer said he redid all of the plumbing throughout the whole house. A 2021 customer said he had done toilet installs, fixture updates and pipe repairs for them over the years. A 2021 customer with an urgent need to unclog two drains at a rental before new tenants moved in said Kevin was responsive and professional. A 2024 customer said Kevin was on time, quiet and cleaned up after himself.

**Strengths:**
- Dripping faucet fix — a customer says the cost was fair
- Same-day water heater — a 2022 customer said Kevin installed one that day
- Burst pipe repair — a 2022 customer said the basement didn't flood
- Whole-house plumbing — a 2021 customer said he redid all of it
