## The honest read

KRS Roofing & Remodeling is a roofing company whose website describes roof repair for homes and businesses and calls it family-owned. A recent Google customer says KRS worked on their community center in Easton, calls the work efficient, respectful and clean, and says Kurt was a pleasure to work with.

A 2025 customer said KRS put a new cedar roof on their antique home, and that Kurt, the owner, was responsive and provided a warranty after installation. A 2022 customer said Kurt sent two crews that nearly completed the entire roof and clean-up in one day. That 2022 customer also said Kurt was regularly present and did multiple quality checks.

A 2023 customer said KRS first fixed a spot on their roof, then replaced the entire roof and the roofing on two garages. A 2023 reviewer wrote that KRS put a new roof on their father-in-law's house in 2019 and on their own in 2021. A 2023 reviewer signing as executive director of Aspetuck Land Trust wrote that Kurt had done a good job for the trust.

A 2026 customer said the quality of work was lacking and that communication could have been much better. A 2026 customer wrote that several issues appeared shortly after the job was completed and that communication felt rushed.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0633519, as active, held by KRS Roofing & Remodeling.
