## The honest read

A customer with an older home cracked a window sash, called Krystal, and in less than 10 minutes had a new 24x24 piece of cut glass for less than $35, plus enough glazing points to do the window. That is the kind of glass and door work people hire Krystal Glass & Door Co for.

The company says it has been in business 26 years and serves northern Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts with glass door and window work. Its BBB grade is A+, and it holds a 4.8-star Google rating from 160 ratings.

A customer who needed a new glass sliding door said the team came out, took measurements and quoted the entire installation, including the frame, door and screen; that customer said the cleanup afterward was spotless. When a vandal broke the glass door of a customer's church on a Thursday, the customer said they were there in time to get it fixed and the congregation never knew what happened. A customer said Jimmy repaired their window for a good price and did it quickly. A customer who had a patio screen repaired called the job quick and the price reasonable.

Rhode Island lists its home improvement contractor registration, GC-21327, as active, held by Krystal Glass LLC.

**Strengths:**
- Fast glass cutting — a customer had new glass in under 10 minutes
- Church door repair — fixed before the congregation knew, a customer said
- Sliding door install — a customer said the cleanup afterward was spotless
