A recent customer said the bathroom Kyle remodeled was done well, but a job scheduled for about 3 weeks took 2 months and his charge came in a third over the contract price. That customer said he did not keep them updated on billing problems, wanted them to pay a late plumbing bill of a few hundred dollars after the job, and bills for apprentices at his own rate. A 2023 customer said Kyle did a full bathroom remodel, gave guidance on materials and layout, and finished the project ahead of schedule. A 2023 customer wrote that Kyle renovated a 1970's bathroom and placed everything the reviewer's wife wanted, from a bird-tiled shower to swan sink faucets.
