## The honest read

L & L Roofing Company says on its website that it has been in business for 25 years, and that it gives an honest, on-site inspection and an estimate based on each roof's repair needs.

A recent Google reviewer said their neighbor had this company redoing his roof, and asked if one of its guys could take down a dead TV antenna that blew over in the blizzard. They did, and the reviewer said the neighbor's roof looks great.

A 2022 customer said they called for a roof estimate and the company scheduled a free estimate within 24 hours. That 2022 customer described an employee, James, as professional and informative. In the same 2022 review, the customer said the company offered to patch the leak free of charge and replace the roof in the spring, when the material would adhere better. That 2022 customer did not proceed with L & L, and wrote the review to reflect the company's integrity.

On Google it holds 4.2 stars from 9 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau gives it an A+ grade and lists it as accredited.

**Strengths:**
- A quick free estimate — a 2022 customer said it was scheduled within 24 hours
- An antenna removal — a recent customer said they took down a dead antenna
