The company describes itself on its website as local professionals doing repairs on small and medium size projects. A 2024 customer said Tom, the owner, built a white cedar boardwalk from a lake house's front sliding door down to the dock so two family members in wheelchairs could reach it, in 16' movable sections that can be stacked after boating season. A 2025 customer said Tom resurfaced a deck with trek, replaced railings and added privacy screening, and worked with the suppliers to get what was needed delivered onsite. A 2025 customer described renovating a 5' x 8' bathroom with Tom, taking on a moldy ceiling, a sink that was not draining, a squeaky floor and outdated fixtures, and finishing the ceiling in PVC panels. A 2025 customer described a custom red oak mantle for a fireplace and said the install was carefully done and they cleaned up as well. A 2026 customer said Tom provided a realistic estimate and a detailed invoice. **Strengths:** - A wheelchair-friendly boardwalk — a 2024 customer described movable white cedar sections to the dock - Deck resurfacing — a 2025 customer said Tom resurfaced a deck and replaced railings - Dock repair — a recent customer named dock repair and new steps to the dock - A detailed invoice — a 2026 customer said Tom gave a realistic estimate ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer named dock repair, a flag pole rebuild, a faucet replacement, an exterior door and new steps to the dock _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xWT1FWbHlSME5XYVZOWWNVcENNM2N4VVdjMVVVRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x56b89147995844f!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlVOQVlyR0NWaVNYcUpCM3cxUWc1UUE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Tom takes tremendous pride in his work!
