## The honest read

Lcd Plasma Installations mounts TVs. The company describes itself on its website as a TV wall mounting company located in Central Connecticut that services every town in Connecticut, Coastal Rhode Island, Hudson Valley and Western Massachusetts. It holds 5 stars from 348 Google ratings and 4.9 from 582 Thumbtack ratings.

A customer whose moving company would not mount TVs said Brian came early the next day and mounted 3 TVs. When a DIY project hit a snag, a customer texted in the early evening; Brian diagnosed the situation over text and came out at 7am the following morning to finish the installation, at a price that customer called very reasonable. Brian took over a botched Best Buy installation of a Samsung Frame TV for a Thumbtack customer and corrected the mistakes. A customer said Brian hung an 85-inch TV and sound bar and put in an electrical outlet. For a 100-inch Hisense TV whose Amazon mount was missing parts, a customer said they fixed it with spare parts. A customer said the installer, who is also the owner, arrived right on time; Brian showed them how to operate and adjust the mount and configured the TV and soundbar.

In a 2020 Angi review, a customer said Brian found a robotic mount for a 77-inch TV above the entryway to a family room, and handled minor reframing, in-wall wiring, sheetrock patching and painting. A 2022 customer said Brian came from Connecticut to Freeport, ran the electrical and patched the drywall. A 2022 customer whose new TV turned out to be shattered inside said Brian unmounted it, boxed it back up and offered to come back to mount the replacement.

A 2022 customer wanted Brian to be neater about the drywall dust, styrofoam, plastic wrappers and boxes left behind, while praising the work itself.

**Strengths:**
