The Bedford company describes itself as a family-run residential construction and insurance-restoration business, incorporated in 2000 and now run by second-generation owner Parker LeClerc, with his mother Christine handling client relations; it was founded by his late father Duane LeClerc on 30-plus years of prior construction work. Outside the restoration side, the company names new construction, renovations and 203k renovation projects, and its Houzz profile adds kitchens and bathrooms, additions, decks and porches, basements and flooring. Six projects are posted there, with a Houzz badge. BBB grades the company A+ and lists construction management alongside fire and water damage restoration. For an insurance claim, ask how they coordinate with your adjuster and who runs the site day to day. For a remodel, ask to walk a finished project close to yours in size, and get the schedule and the payment stages written into the contract before demolition starts. **Strengths:** - A+ BBB grade — Better Business Bureau lists its top letter grade - Insurance restoration — fire, water, smoke, wind and flood damage work - Second-generation owner — Parker LeClerc runs the firm his father founded - Since 2000 — the company reports 26 years in business ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. -
