## The honest read

LED Plumbing Services is a plumbing outfit with 5 stars from 34 Google ratings. Its website lists free estimates and 24/7 emergency service.

A recent customer said a kitchen sink had been leaking for quite some time, and Lidian scheduled them right away, explained the issues and replaced the damaged plumbing. That customer said he did not try to upsell unnecessary parts and gave advice on caring for the under-sink plumbing. A recent customer with an emergency said the plumber Lidian came over on a Sunday and did the job. A recent customer who called late at night said the technician arrived early the next morning to fix a main backup. A recent customer said the technician took time to explain how to maintain the water heater.

A 2025 customer whose hot water heater was dead said a new one was installed and working by the next morning. A 2025 customer said Lidian cleared the main drain and explained to the tenants why not to pour cooking grease down the kitchen sink. A 2025 customer said they replaced the main sewer in the house.

**Strengths:**
- A Sunday emergency visit — a recent customer said Lidian came over on a Sunday
- A sink leak repair — a recent customer said he did not upsell parts
- Next-morning water heater — a 2025 customer said it was working by next morning
