A recent customer with three kitchen plugs that wouldn't work said Mike came the next day, was there only an hour and found a short in them. That customer called him very reasonable and said he is local in Hampton NH. On Thumbtack, the business introduces itself as Michael LeDuc of LeDuc Electric, offering its work to New Hampshire.

A 2025 customer described a 100A-to-200A service upgrade: Mike coordinated a date with the customer, Eversource and the inspector, then came out with another electrician, Tyler. Within 6-7 hours, that 2025 customer wrote, they grounded the house, removed the old meter, mount and panel, installed new ones and ran a new generator outlet. A 2025 customer said Mike put electricity, all new wiring and a meter into a barn so the customer's husband could have a work station and workout area.
