Its written record is short and split down the middle. One customer wrote in early 2026 that they'd relied on the company for over 20 years of hot tub service and called it steady. Another, in a 2025 review, described five years of punctual visits and a pool that stayed "crystal-clear" and spotless. A 2024 review told a rougher story: a year of what the customer called sloppy work — a dead mouse left by the pool, a buried valve the technician couldn't find — that ended in a dispute over being billed for a service call the customer says wasn't needed. Google shows a 4★ average across 4 ratings. Given the billing complaint above, it's worth asking upfront how extra service visits get authorized and charged before signing on. **Strengths:** - 20-year customer — praised steady hot tub service - 2025 review — called the pool always spotless and crystal-clear **Concerns:** - 2024 review — customer cited sloppy work and a billing dispute ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A customer says they've relied on Leisure Pools for over 20 years of hot tub service _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25sVFZVeEpVbXRpY0V4V1ZVMW9OWFZGTlUxRFEzYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x6af4f9fbcfe27918!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnlTVUxJUmticExWVU1oNXVFNU1DQ3c%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ We have relied on Leisure Pool Service Co for over 20 years to service our hot tub.
