A recent customer hired it to install heating coils on a roof that had trouble with ice dams and said Lembo was competitively priced against several quotes. A customer who woke to smoke detectors going off needed all new hard-wired detectors, messaged at 5am, and says the house was completed the same day. A customer whose house was built in the 1940s says Paul has installed recessed lighting, upgraded the electrical panel, wired two mini-split systems and added outlets over two years, and that he lowers the final bill when a job costs less than estimated. A customer says Lembo Electric installed a generator hookup for a portable generator, including an alarm that sounds when power is restored. A customer who asked about two kitchen light fixtures says a reply came within a half hour and the estimate the same day; Tyree and Josh arrived at the stated time, installed both lights and cleaned up before leaving. A 2026 customer said that after a power outage their Generac generator would not shut off, and that Paul came within a couple hours of a morning text and fixed the issue. A 2025 customer said they came out sooner than expected for an electrical short in the garage and also repaired other outlets that were wired incorrectly. A 2023 customer said Paul labeled all the breakers in the panel and fixed improper grounding in it during work on a newly remodeled basement and garage.
