The company also describes power washing and soft washing siding, decks and patios to prepare a home for paint. Prep work is where one Greenwich customer starts: the surface preparation on their exterior took longer than the painting itself. A customer with chalking and peeling on a south-facing wall says that surface was treated differently from the rest of the house, and the new paint is adhering evenly. A customer whose exterior had to meet HOA color guidelines says the company helped find an approach within the allowed palette. A Westport customer had a home repainted throughout before a family event on a tight timeline, and says the house was done with time to spare. A customer who hired them for a full interior repaint before selling says the neutral palette they helped choose photographed well. A customer notes the crew painted around existing fixtures and hardware without removing them, with everything masked cleanly. A customer who had a rental property's exterior in Westport painted says the crew was considerate about not disrupting the tenant. **Strengths:** - Careful surface prep — a Greenwich customer says prep outlasted the painting - A tight deadline met — a Westport repaint finished with time to spare - Clean masking — a customer says fixtures were masked, not removed ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A Greenwich customer says the surface preparation on their exterior took longer than the painting itself _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pKbVluTlpPRUphWmxNMFpVdFZNSEI2UXpSZlZWRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xce39ac80a76c3c87!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjJmYnNZOEJaZlM0ZUtVMHB6QzRfVVE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “4★ The surface preparation on our Greenwich exterior took longer than the painting itself and that's the way it should be done.
