The company says it has been in business 84 years and names Fairfield County, Brookfield and Monroe as its service area. A newstimes.com article has named Tom White as the owner of the Brookfield store, and a ctpost.com article reported a Lew White Appliances store opening in Monroe.

A recent customer said the delivery men checked a Bosch 100 series refrigerator for damage, removed the tape and packaging, and explained its features. A recent customer said their front door frame, damaged during a fridge delivery a couple of months earlier, was fixed, and that the issue was handled professionally and promptly.
