# LGE Electric **Trade:** Electrical · **Address:** 49 Grand View Ave, Lynn, MA 01904 · **Phone:** (774) 284-2003 · **Website:** https://lgelectrician.com · **Languages:** English **Rating: 3.1/5** (low confidence) — from 5 reviews across 3 sources. 100% of sentiment-scored reviews read net-positive. Last 6 months: 0 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read LGE Electric is a small, Lynn-based electrical outfit — two employees, 17 years in business per its Thumbtack profile — handling residential and light commercial work: troubleshooting, EV charger installs, panel upgrades, generator installations and 24-hour emergency calls across Lynn, Salem and Peabody. The written reviews on file lean detailed. In a 2025 review, a customer described technician Luke tracing a circuit breaker panel issue back through related components at risk from water leakage, documenting everything with photos and marked notes. In an October 2024 review, another customer said the crew's safety check caught a terminal that wasn't fully torqued down. A three-year customer, writing in November 2024, called the work quality "fantastic." Worth asking about, though: Thumbtack's own rating distribution shows 12% of the company's 8 ratings at 1 star, and none of the five written reviews on file show any complaint — so there's a negative rating on the books that isn't explained by what's written. **Strengths:** - 2025 review — thorough circuit-panel diagnosis with photo documentation - 2024 review — safety check caught an under-torqued terminal - Repeat customer — 3 years in, still calls the work fantastic **Concerns:** - Unseen 1★ rating — not reflected in the written reviews on file **Where sources disagree:** - Thumbtack's star distribution (88% 5★ / 12% 1★ of 8 ratings) doesn't match the uniformly positive tone of the five written reviews quoted ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - LGE Electric is a Lynn, Massachusetts electrical contractor offering residential and light commercial troubleshooting, EV charger installs, panel upgrades, generator installations and 24-hour emergency service _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](https://lgelectrician.com) — “LGE Electric is a Lynn, Massachusetts electrical contractor offering residential and light commercial troubleshooting, EV charger installs, …” - Stated service area: Lynn, Salem, Peabody _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://lgelectrician.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Lynn, Salem, Peabody” - Thumbtack profile shows a 4.5 average from 8 ratings, hired 4 times, 2 employees, 17 years in business, background-checked account owner Cholada Nicolini _(confidence: high)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/melrose/electrical-repairs/lge-electric/service/531247663844827140) — “Thumbtack: 4.5★ from 8 ratings” - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/melrose/electrical-repairs/lge-electric/service/531247663844827140) — “Thumbtack profile for LGE Electric (listed at Melrose, MA 02176) showing a 4.5 average from 8 ratings, hired 4 times, 2 employees, 17 years …” - In a 2025 review, a customer described technician Luke tracing a circuit breaker panel issue through related water-leakage-risk components, with photo documentation _(confidence: high)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/melrose/electrical-repairs/lge-electric/service/531247663844827140) — “I highly recommend Luke for his exceptional professionalism, punctuality, and technical expertise.
