It lists Newport, Sunapee, Newbury, Warner and nearby towns as its service area. A recent customer said they fixed a garage roof, praised the clean-up, and noted they checked that the dogs didn't escape through the gate while they worked. A recent customer, writing in Spanish, said they helped resolve every question and stayed attentive to each detail during the remodel. A 2026 customer said they came out the same day for a roof estimate and the price was more than fair. That 2026 customer said they were installing the new shingles within a week and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. A 2025 customer whose roof was in terrible shape said the solution was fast and the team was punctual. A 2025 customer said they did siding on an old house and the customer was very pleased. A 2025 customer hired them to replace siding, a shallow roof and three windows, and said they swept the area for screws and nails every day. That 2025 customer also said the windows could not go in until after the siding was finished, that the inside part of the window replacement was not as good as the outside work, and that the language barrier was an issue at times. Its Better Business Bureau grade is A+. **Strengths:** - Same-day roof estimate — a 2026 customer said they came the day called - Daily site cleanup — a 2025 customer said they swept for nails every day - Garage roof repair — a recent customer praised the job and clean-up **Concerns:** - Window install delay — a 2025 customer said windows waited until siding finished - Interior finish work — a 2025 customer was less pleased with inside window work - Language barrier — a 2025 customer said it was an issue at times ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Says it specializes in roof repair, roof replacement, siding installation and exterior upgrades in Newport _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://lifeproofconstructionllc.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Life Proof Construction LLC is your trusted partner for professional roofing and exterior home services in …” - Lists Newport, Merrimack, Sunapee, Charlestown, Sullivan, Lempster, Newbury and Warner as its service area _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://lifeproofconstructionllc.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Newport, Merrimack, Sunapee, Charlestown, Sullivan, Lempster, Newbury, Warner” - A recent customer said they fixed a garage roof and praised the clean-up _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21oSU1reEdjQzF2UzJFNVRVUkpTRkppWm5oNFoxRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x98713032dea25f40!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmhIMkxGcC1vS2E5TURJSFJiZnh4Z1E%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Great work!
