## The honest read

Link Construction Group is a Brookfield remodeling company that describes itself on its BBB profile as specializing in kitchen, bathroom and exterior remodeling. Its website says it has been in business 25 years.

A 2025 Angi customer said the company, owned by Robert, updated the exterior of their home: Hardie siding, redone stonework on the front of the house, an overhang and an enlarged back patio with blue stones. That 2025 customer said Robert returned calls immediately and that the job site was clean and tidy at the end of each day.

A 2017 customer said Robert and his crew picked up their flooring at no additional cost and delivered it to the house. That 2017 customer also said that on the two days Robert was at another site, the crew came later than they advised, and that clean-up could have been a little better.

A 2005 customer said Robert and his crew delivered on time and within budget, but left the house with a film of wallboard dust everywhere. A 2006 customer said Robert made recommendations on color and that the job was completed in exactly the time they estimated.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0655179, as active, held by Link Construction Group LLC.

**Strengths:**
- Exterior renovation — a 2025 customer described siding, stonework and a patio
- Quick callbacks — a 2025 customer said Robert returned calls immediately
- Free flooring pickup — a 2017 customer said it came at no cost

**Concerns:**
- Crew timing — a 2017 customer said the crew came later than advised
- Wallboard dust — a 2005 customer said the house was left dusty
