## The honest read

Little Guy Pest Management is a pest control business whose owner is named Bill, and it holds 5 stars from 19 Google ratings. The company describes itself as family-owned and offers free estimates.

A customer with bees inside the basement and partly under the deck said Bill came the same day, sealed off the places they were getting in, caulked up the hole they had made and sprayed foam insulation, then listened with a stethoscope for anything lingering. One customer called at 9:30 on a Saturday morning about yellow jackets in the house and said the issue was resolved by 10:30 that same morning.

A customer with a yellowjacket nest at a home and office in Monroe said another pest control company had come out five times without solving it, and that Bill also checked the attic and treated there. After a large pest control company came out multiple times for a wasp nest with no results, a customer said Bill came out the same day on a holiday weekend and got the job done. A customer with bees around the porch said they treated the problem in one visit and found a huge nest inside the house.

A customer with a yellow jacket nest in a boxwood said that within two days of the treatment there was no more yellow jacket activity. A customer with a hive in a kids' playground said Bill removed it, then showed the kids what the hive looked like and taught them about bees.

Connecticut lists its pesticide applicator licence, PMBR.05379, as active, held by Little Guy Pest Management LLC.

**Strengths:**
- One-hour yellow jacket fix — called at 9:30 a.m., resolved by 10:30
- Same-day hive removal — a customer said Bill came the day they called
- Attic treatment — a customer said Bill checked and treated the attic too
- Reasonable price — a customer called the price very reasonable
