That was a 2023 Google reviewer on London and Sons Electrical LLC, a Holyoke electrical contractor, after a mini-split installation — written by someone who said they had been ghosted by other companies at various stages. The reviewer named Wes and his crew and called them polite and efficient. The company's Massachusetts electrician licence, #8174-EL-A1, is active, with London and Sons Electrical LLC as the holder of record. Its own site talks about generators, ductless mini-splits, new office buildings and gas stations, and says it is insured. BuildZoom shows 33 projects for the company. The written reviews are few and dated: two on Google, both five stars. Besides the 2023 mini-split job, a 2022 reviewer said the crew did exactly what they wanted and described them as respectful, punctual and clean, with a thumbs-up for the pricing. **Strengths:** - Followed through — 2023 customer got quote and job as promised - Clean, punctual crew — 2022 reviewer's description ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Massachusetts electrician licence #8174-EL-A1 is active, holder of record London and Sons Electrical LLC _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://occupationallicensingandpermitting.mass.gov/madol/s/license-search-page) — “MA electrician license 8174-EL-A1 registry-verified active — registry holder of record: London and Sons Electrical LLC” - 5 stars from 2 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=London%20and%20Sons%20Electrical%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJSSVA6Bzf5okRGbU_hz4b46g) — “Google: 5★ from 2 ratings” - A 2023 customer had a mini-split installed and praised the timely communication from quote through the job _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=12169600573456233753&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ These guys are amazing!
