On Thumbtack, the company describes a small team that also handles lawn mowing, trimming and lawn care. Its website names a service area of Gardner, Athol, Orange, Fitchburg, Leominster, Templeton, Westminster, Winchendon and Worcester. One customer needed furniture and junk removed from three bedrooms and said the crew worked diligently and carefully took the furniture apart before removing it. A customer who reached out to Noah said he came within 48 hours to quote the project, and the cleaning portion of five rooms took Noah's team about six hours. That customer has since hired Noah and his team for additional projects. A customer whose family had a next-day closing deadline after a divorce sale said he called immediately and was ready to jump in. On Google, a customer said they showed up on time, worked quickly and charged a fair price to clear out junk. A Thumbtack customer who gave three stars said the job could have been done for less money and in less time: he had a flat tire, the customer had to wait until the next day, and his two workers showed up separately in their own cars. A customer whose trash was cleared from the house and garage said they had gotten behind and lost the customer's number to let them know. **Strengths:** - Next-day closing help — a customer said he jumped in for their deadline - Careful furniture removal — a customer said the crew took furniture apart carefully - A quick quote — a customer said Noah came to quote within 48 hours **Concerns:** - A higher price — a 3-star customer said it could have cost less - A delayed start — a customer waited until the next day after a flat tire - A missed update — a customer said they fell behind and lost the number ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes a small team handling lawn mowing, trimming, lawn care and junk removal _(confidence: medium)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/gardner/junk-removal/lotfi-junk-removal-landscaping/service/577145355385249799?spotlightWebMarkupEnabled=1) — “About (Thumbtack, self-described): Lotfi Junk Removal & Landscaping proudly serves the local community with fast, affordable, and reliable s…” - Lists a service area of Gardner, Athol, Orange, Fitchburg, Leominster, Templeton, Westminster, Winchendon and Worcester _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://lotfipros.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Gardner, Athol, Orange, Fitchburg, Leominster, Templeton, Westminster, Winchendon, Worcester” - A customer said the crew carefully took apart and removed furniture from three bedrooms _(confidence: high)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/gardner/junk-removal/lotfi-junk-removal-landscaping/service/577145355385249799?spotlightWebMarkupEnabled=1) — “5★ I needed help removing furniture and junk from 3 bedrooms.
