In a 2012 review, one wrote that the crew left the roof watertight each evening and left the lawn in better shape than the landscaper had; another 2012 customer said the crew swept for nails with a magnet every night. The Cumberland roofer describes itself on HomeAdvisor and Angi as a roofing and gutter company with forty-two years of service.

Its written reviews run from 2006 to 2013, and it holds 4.9 stars from 8 ratings on each of HomeAdvisor and Angi. In a May 2012 review, a homeowner described a detailed written estimate from Ken Luther that came with material booklets, warranty information and an insurance certificate, a crew that started and finished on the dates given, and a return visit at no charge about nine months later when a damp spot showed up over a bay window, a problem the customer said predated the new roof. A January 2012 review described a storm-damaged shingle repair at a price the customer called reasonable, and a 2011 customer said the crew came when they said and charged what they said.
