Andre of LuxeFix Appliance Care was at their door in Westport within 35 minutes, measured the igniter's amp draw, replaced the igniter with a part from his truck and cleaned the soot off the burner panels before reassembling. A customer who called at 8am about a dishwasher said Andre had it up and running by 10. A customer whose washer hinge got bent so it would not start said Andre ordered the part, fixed it and sent a video to show the repair was done.
