## The honest read

Lyons Pride Tile and Marble is a tile contractor that says on its website it works for Harwinton and Torrington area residents, and that it has 30 years of tile installation experience and 45 years in remodeling.

A 2025 customer said the ceiling was leaking under a tiled shower, and that Mike gave estimates for both a shower floor repair and a shower remodel. In 2025, that customer said Mike removed the tile floor, showed them that the concrete floor was beyond repair, and found wall tiles without full mortar behind them, so they agreed on a full remodel. The same 2025 customer said he was never pushy and always answered their questions.

A 2024 customer said Mike and his crew tiled the backsplash of their kitchen. A 2024 customer said the company tiled their bathroom and was on time. A 2024 customer said they were left with the house neat and clean at the end of every day. A 2024 customer said Mike was transparent with pricing on a shower redo. Mike Lyons is the owner, according to a 2023 customer.

A recent customer praised the tile work and the communication.
