The company describes itself as a Cheshire, CT builder of decks and porches. It holds 5 stars from 100 Google ratings and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. A recent customer said Bobby and the crew removed an old deck and its footings, added all new footings, framed and finished a new deck in three days. A recent customer who wanted new railings and stairs for a front porch entrance said Brendon, Mike and Sergio did the work. A recent customer said M&B completed a screened-in porch and deck project, including new french doors. A recent customer said they had been told a deck project would take about a week, and they completed it in three days. A 2026 customer said a kitchen and deck project turned into roof, siding and windows work, and that they installed the cabinets. A 2025 customer said that when the old front steps came off, rot turned up in the wood under the front door from water getting behind the steps; M&B fixed it and built a new Trex porch. A 2025 customer said a third-party material delivery company damaged their driveway during the project, and M&B advocated on their behalf so they received compensation for the repairs. A 2024 customer said a rail joiner on a Trex deck M&B built in 2022 cracked after the labor warranty had expired; Bobby identified the manufacturer from a photo and sent someone out to do the repair. A 2025 customer gave one star, saying the company did not do as asked, did not resolve the issue and the work was spotty. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0635098, as active, held by M & B UNLIMITED CONSTRUCTION LLC. **Strengths:** - Three-day deck rebuild — a recent customer said old footings were replaced too - Trex deck quote — a recent customer said it cost nearly half another company's wood-deck quote - Warranty repair help — a 2024 customer said Bobby sent someone after the labor warranty expired **Concerns:** - Unresolved issue — a 2025 customer said the work was spotty ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5 stars from 100 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=M%26B%20Unlimited%20Construction%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJr6nSzZjJ54kRjql8_NpPelQ) — “Google: 5★ from 100 ratings” - A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/cheshire/profile/construction/mb-unlimited-construction-llc-0111-87135577) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - A recent customer said an old wrap-around deck was demolished and rebuilt as two new decks in just under a week _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pORE5IcDVkV3N5ZW5sbU1rOTFUbmxRUTNWaFZGRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x547a4fdafc7ca98e!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjNDNHp5dWsyenlmMk91TnlQQ3VhVFE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We were looking to replace our old wrap around deck with 2 smaller decks on our home and came across M&B Unlimited Construction (Bobby) o…” - A recent customer said an old deck and footings were removed and a new deck framed and finished in three days _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pab2JrWTFRbFJQWTFGek0zQlBWVU5IWkUxdlVGRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x547a4fdafc7ca98e!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjZobkY1QlRPY1FzM3BPVUNHZE1vUFE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ A seamless and efficient experience from start to finish.
