A recent customer said their AC stopped working on July 4 during an extreme heatwave, and that Ryan called back within minutes, was at the house within the hour and replaced the capacitor within minutes. That customer called the cost very reasonable. A recent customer said they had been told a broken heat exchanger meant replacing the whole thing, and that M&M replaced the exchanger only.
